played in Gosport School Sport Partnership's
basketball league, with kit provided by Hampshire Children's
Fund. 'Local basketball aces,
The Solent Stars' support the scheme with special
appearances by players, and coaches identify young talent
for the 'Solent Stars' national youth team.
Rising Star's Basketball Co-coordinator Lee
Ryan said, "It is just great to see so many children
learning to play and enjoy sport in a Competitive situation,
working together and respecting the referees and the
opposition"
