Oakmeadow is a centre of excellence for children and families. Based in Fareham in SE Hampshire, it provides a community base with all the support of agencies working together for the well-being of children and families. It is particularly good at supporting families who are socially excluded and/or harder to reach.

The centre is part of the School’s network in SE Hants, and works with parents and professionals to ensure that children do not slip through the net, but receive the care and support they need to be happy and achieve their potential.
